Four Day Training Workshop for Technologists of the Central Medical and Regional Laboratories

Belize City, September27 2006 - The Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Caribbean Epidemiology Center (CAREC) is conducting a four day training/workshop for technologists of the Central Medical and Regional Laboratories in Belize. The emphasis of the workshop is to strengthen the skills of the laboratory personnel in laboratory diagnosis of opportunistic infections in HIV positive patients. The workshop is from September 26-29, 2006.
